How will the event organiser know I have entered?

We work closely with event organisers all over the UK and each event organiser has their own specialist login area where they manage all of their entries. If you can enter an event, then we have the express permission of the event organiser to do so.

When will I get sent race details, collect my race number & be sent my result?

Your entry details are immediately accessible to the event organiser. We are not responsible for the organisation of the races on Eightlane.org. If the event organiser wants to send details out about the event to you, then they have your contact details & will do so in line with their communication process.

I want to pass my entry onto someone else!

Please contact the race organiser directly, this is not our decision to make.

My race was cancelled, how do I get my money back?

We work very close with race organisers, please contact them directly for a refund.

How is my payment being handled?

Stripe is our online payments merchant. They process billions of pounds a year for thousands of companies of all sizes. Your credit/debit card details are not stored by Eightlane, nor Stripe (unless requested) & you are completely safe to enter with our secure server. If you have an issue with our payment system please email support@eightlane.org
